Representatives from Macedonia, Austria, Albania, Croatia, and Serbia \u2014 including mayors of Prilep, Schwandstadt and Hernbaumgarten (Austria), Brezni\u010dki Hum (Croatia), representatives of social and health service providers from Albania, representatives of public social protection institutions, and social service providers \u2014 are debating and exploring practical solutions to identify opportunities for mobilizing social and health governance in order to build communities where everyone will have access to adequate social and health care.
