Project Objective
The project focuses on improving access to healthcare for those affected by poverty.
Ensuring availability of resources in health, social welfare and economic spheres
To sustain the emotional and physical well-being of people in poverty in a way that promotes their aspirations and meets their needs within their own environments.

For people in poverty through implementing innovative programs and strengthening collaboration between national and local authorities, civil society organizations, and businesses.

Solidarity for Mobility, Health and Hope
The project is led by three organizations from the Republic of Austria in partnership with the Prilep Center for Development and Education, a licensed provider of social services in the municipalities of Prilep, Krivogaštani, and Dolneni.
Professional support
A professional team of 10 nurses and physiotherapists, along with 5 social workers and psychologists, who provide individualized care tailored to the specific needs of beneficiaries.

A digital donation space to support individuals and families in poverty, as well as emergency healthcare assistance.

Specific project objectives
Improvement of health and social status of vulnerable groups
- Knowledge transfer
- Improvement of the health and social status of vulnerable groups, especially those living in poverty
- Implementation of the community nurse model in rural areas in North Macedonia based on experiences from Austria.
- Establishing community health services – community care for maintaining, protecting, and improving the health status of the population and communities, especially for people living in poverty.
- Strengthening the capacity and sustainability of CSOs (Civil Society Organizations) in North Macedonia in providing social and health services, with a focus on people living in poverty.
- Raising awareness among decision-makers and professional staff in ministries and public institutions operating in the fields of social services and health care.
Services
We provide various health services, such as acute care, palliative care, post-operative care, and care for the elderly and people with disabilities, delivered by a professional team.
Whether regular check-ups, prompt care for common illnesses, specialized post-operative care, assistance with the health needs of the elderly, or compassionate palliative care are required, our home visits provide personalized care tailored to the unique health needs and preferences of our clients
Our healthcare services are free of charge and include several categories of home visits by a nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist, and social worker.
The satisfaction and well-being of our beneficiaries are our top priorities.
